I purchased this device through a retailer that carried this product. I use it every month and couldn’t manage without it. Pain killers usually take an hour to kick in for me, and without the Livia that time would be terrible. I would not be able to do anything but lay in bed. With the Livia it’s little to no cramps. I love it

Would give this 0 stars if possible. Absolute scam. The customer service people are unresponsive and on the rare chance they reply to one of your 30+ emails it doesn’t even address your issue. I tried cancelling weeks before receiving the product no reply and then when I kept reaching out I was told it had shipped, when in fact it hadn’t. Every person I’ve communicated with will reply at first a very insincere apology. The final email I got was a representative telling me that since I now had the product that “why don’t you give it a try :)” instead of actually helping me return the product. Truly WORST experience I’ve had with a company. I didn’t think I’d spend months arguing with people over something that should be so simple. They had enough so many angry customers and do nothing to try and smooth it over because it is a SCAM. Save your money and so much frustration!

Product never came. Business gave me the run around. Posted about the issue on a random Google doc and finally got my refund. Sad because I really need this

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Like today, I’ve worn it almost all day charging in between for two hours, back to back for 4-5hours each. I still had pain. But I decided to leave it on because I was afraid that the pain might get worse. I ended up getting itchy skin from wearing it all day hoping for it to work eventually. I think it helps emotionally though. Just having it there for a back up support in case pills don’t work. When the pain is bad, you just want to try everything.

I did receive everything I ordered, what I didn’t like is that there’s no way of knowing your tracking number unless you email the support which is really inconvenient. Some kind of personal account created on the website would solve this problem. I’ve been using Livia for a few years now, it’s good but it doesn’t completely remove pain, in my case it’s more of a thing that distracts you from pain while you wait for painkillers to take effect.

Ordered in May, sent about 27 emails, never got the product or refund. As I wrote in a previous review: great product, terrible company/customer service. Am not purchasing anything from Livia anymore.

It never arrived
