Is the best option for period cramps

I love the idea of Livia. It helps me reduce the amount of medication I need to control cramps. It has not been a cure-all for me but everyone’s body is different. Recently I seem to be having a negative reaction to the gel pads. They cause my skin to itch for days after use. Not sure what happened as I believe they’re hypoallergenic and I don’t typically have sensitive skin.

I subscribed to Livia because I had really bad cramps and didn't want to take any more pills for it. Since I started using it, it was instant relief. I no longer need to take any pills for the pain and I am able to live as if I nothing was happening. It is liberating.

Works really well. Took my cramps away when I was recovering from IUD insertion! Amazing.

I love my little TENS machine. It keeps me from pain medications and nausea.

I had initially come across this product on a social media advert, but trust me it is absolutely amazing! It’s a god send for anyone who suffers from period pains! Mine are particularly bad, this doesn’t get rid of the pain (if only!) but thanks to this product I am now able to move around and not stuck to my hot water bottle the whole day! Their customer service team was excellent too
