I bought my Livia out of desperation. I thought it was an answered prayer for my endometriosis pain. The product does help alleviate my pain, so it does what it's supposed to do. However, I think it is too expensive for the quality of the actual product. I've had to replace the electrodes twice because the wires constantly break (do not store them in the case). Also, the clip broke off not even a year after purchase, so now I have to make sure I have pockets or I won't be able to use it on the go. Do your research before you buy any TENS unit, maybe even check with your insurance provider.

I was very skeptical of Livia at first. But I decided to try it. I am so glad I did. I get horrible, debilitating pain from my endometriosis. Somedays I cannot even get out of bed. With Livia it gets my pain under control so I can work, go to school, and still do my volunteer work. It is definitely worth the buy, $8 a month is nothing for the results you get.

I really recommend livia. To be honest, when I saw the ad I didn’t trust in the product, because I really suffer from menstrual pain and for me it was impossible to imagine a device that eliminates it. I can honestly confirm that it works. My menstrual pain made me through up or even faint, and after using it, it doesn't happen to me anymore. At that time when you notice the pain starts, you just have to turn on the device and let it work. The more pain you have, the more level you turn it up. It is true that you feel something weird in your stomach, but nothing painfull or that hurst more than the menstrual pain.

Helps somewhat, but I still take pain meds the whole time. With this, I can at least get out of bed...I've had it for over a year now and had to buy new electrodes bc the wire broke, and several sets of replacement gel pads. Turned in to more of a monetary investment than I expected, without miraculously freeing me from pain, but I still need it to at least get some relief. Probably won't invest in new electrodes and gel sets once the ones I have are worn out since there's similar, cheaper technology now. EDIT: Added a star for customer service. I have been in contact with them twice before and received timely help. I appreciate a company that appreciates their customers.
