This product is incredible. I recommend all of my friends who have bad cramps, even recommended it to my doctor. I would not survive my cramps gracefully if I didn’t have Livia as my go to tool. I highly recommend this to anyone who has even the slightest discomfort from period cramps. On top of that the customer service team is very quick and very friendly. Makes the whole experience with this product fabulous.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I opted to pay monthly for this device 3 years ago and have been unable to cancel my membership. At this point I have paid more than DOUBLE what the device is actually worth. HUGE SCAM. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Avoid this company. On January 21st, 2021 I purchased a device along with a subscription for gel pads. I was informed that the item would not arrive until February 21st, 2021, a full month after purchase. I needed the item asap, so I told them this timeline was not acceptable and I wanted a refund. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and finally received an email on February 26th, 2021 saying that my order had been canceled and the refund had been completed. I never thought about them again until December 3rd, 2023, almost a full 3 years later, when I received an email stating that my payment method had been declined and I needed to supply a new credit card in order to continue my subscription (my subscription that never began and was canceled nearly 3 years ago). I replied with the above information regarding my original cancellation and they replied on December 6th, 2023 that they had no record of the reason for my cancellation and that before they could proceed with a cancellation, I would need to share a reason for my cancellation. I again responded with the above information regarding why I canceled. Today, on December 8th, 2023, they have sent yet another request for a new credit card number to charge for my "subscription." I would really like this company to close any open subscription they think I have open and cease contacting me.

I have use my Livia going on 3 years now. I can actually function when on my menstrual cycle with my Livia, it’s the only thing that helps with the pain.

This company is a scam that’s preying on women. They deserve to be sued to oblivion for scamming and lying. I’ve had this subscription for literal YEARS and have never not once received any gel pad refills. You can’t cancel your subscription and you won’t get your products either.

A must have device for all who experience period pains. I have been using Livia for the last 2 years. At first I was uncertain and nervous but as someone who suffers from endometriosis, I was willing to try anything. This device is amazing!!!!! It is so worth the money. It's compact, convenient to carry, easy to charge, and the staff are easy to deal with if there are any issues

First, the product took 2 months to arrive (when they guaranteed 30 days) and in the meantime, they were charging me a subscription for a product I did not yet have. Second, this device made my annoying but manageable pain into something 100x worse. I was crying, covered in cold sweat, about to pass out, and threw up from the pain. Which never happened to me until I used the device. Third, immediately after this experience, I went to cancel the subscription. Except that I couldn't, it wouldn't let me, despite me fulfilling the conditions for it. I had to message the customer service and even then it took time. And lastly, it's been almost 3 years since my horrible experience, canceling the subscription and throwing their dangerous product into the trash, AND THEY'RE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR A SUBSCRIPTION!!! I just got an email asking me to update my payment info because they can't bill me!!! What an absolute scam of a company.
