I ordered a Livia device at the end of July. I started experiencing issues with it late August and have been communicating with them since. They first offered to send a replacement which was never shipped. Then I asked for a refund and shipped the package back at the end of September. The tracking number proved it arrived within a week. Their system took 3 more weeks to show that it arrived. They said the refund would be processed in 30 days max. After that time had passed, I emailed them again and they repeated saying it would take 30 days. It is now almost the end of November and the refund still hasn’t went through and they have stopped responding to emails. It’s such a scam.

Amazing. That’s the only word I can use to describe this. My cramps used to be so bad I couldn’t do anything, but with Livia I can get through the toughest days. I rev commend it to everyone.

I was pretty skeptical about this product. I have had miserable cramps since my first period. I have had people recommend product after product and pill after pill. Which I have tried all and had no success with. This little device sits nicely and sticks all day. It truly relieves my cramps and aids in helping me to relax. The best part of it is I can wear it. I'm not ingesting something that could potentially be harmful. I am wearing relief. That is enough for me to absolutely recommend this product every single time. I have always had cramps like no other. The first day I cry, I vomit, I scream, I crawl, I pop painkillers like crazy. I always thought that well this is what I have to deal with and nothing will help me. Have tried all types of things but nothing. And then for one christmas my sweet boyfriend gifted me Livia because he could not bear to see me in these crazy pains every month. Now Livia is my true companion on my first days of period and I actually can cope and do my daily things and don't have to take a sick day from work and suffer in pain like no other.

I suffer with endometriosis and also cramping since having a mirena coil fitted. I’m so happy I decided to give livia a try, it has been a game changer. I can put the device on as soon as I start to feel a pain onset and it helps to keep it at bay and allows me to carry on with my day and feel sane! I no longer have periods so I’m not sure how well it would work at calming the much more intense pains endo causes but for daily cramping that would usually leave me curled up with a hot water bottle this works great. At first I was hesitant as it is on the pricey side for tens machines but it is very discreet and and almost ‘cute’ looking which makes me feel a bit less gross when I’m suffering. I have found that the gel pads last ages as well. Very happy.
