I love Livia.....I have super bad pains during my period and I feel immediate relief when I put my Livia on. I would recommend this to anyone who had terrible period pain....

I have PCOS and regular pills didn't work for me. Surprisingly, Livia took all of my pain away in the first use. Amazing product!

My periods have never been regular. Sometimes I skip months altogether and that's usually when my cramping pain is the worst. Back aches, nausea, fatigue - it's sometimes awful and I used to load up on pain medicine just to hopefully get some relief. Then I was diagonised with a bad case of mono last year and could no longer take certain medicines that were filtered through my liver. I'd heard about Livia and thought I'd give it a try - and I'm SO glad I did. This works like magic! I do use a relatively high setting at the start (or even) before my actual period when the pain is the worst and it usually kicks in within a few minutes. I'm not going to lie - on really bad days, I can still feel the cramps and aching, but I can at least make it through a work day or get out of the house without feeling like death. The pads can sometimes irritate my skin when I have them on for a long time (usually get pretty itchy), but it's worth it for the pain relief. Plus it's discrete so I can wear it anywhere. I can't recommend this little thing enough!

I was skeptical at first about this product. I literally thought it wasn't going to work. I have PCOS and endometriosis so my cramps are horrible. I thought okay this isn't going to work it's so small how can something so small penetrate the cramps that are always unbearable to me. But it's so small yet so powerful. I put it on and relaxed my cramps started to lessen and I felt a great relief. I will add if you use this product make sure you go pee before using this product I tried it the first time and I had to take it off immediately and run to the bathroom. So clear your bladder before use and you're good to go.

Thanks Livia no more pain and pills. My period hurt so much. I could not move or eat. First think every time was just stood up and took pain pills, took a hot shower or used thermofor. Now I turn on the livia and pain is gone.
