So, when I ordered my Livia device, Livia was having a sale and the device took over a month to send to me so my second subscription payment was processing before I got the device but when I reached out to customer service they apologized and refunded that payment because I didn't even have the device yet. Ever since when I use Livia during my period I am so thankful for the relief from cramps that had gotten worse and worse for the past year.

Livia has worked better for me than any pain medication to alleviate my pain. I use it every month and love how discrete it is to be able to use while I’m at work.

The livia works quite well and I have EXTREMELY painful periods, however I joined on the subscription plan and after a year haven’t received any of the gel pads I should have (that’s twelve packs) yet they still took the payments, I’ve contacted them three times and have only just finally got a reply when I threatened to cancel the payments and sue them for my money back and now they’ve promised to send me the pads, I’ll just have to wait and see if they turn up...

I thought I would have to live with my endometriosis pain forever. The doctors had tried everything and even with painkillers and hormones I was still in agony minimum a week per month. I discovered Livia per complete coincidence and thought I would just give it a try. Now, I would never ever live without it anymore. With myLivia I feel as if my endometriosis doesn‘t exist. Most of the time it eliminates the pain completely and if I‘m having a particularly bad day it at least manages to reduce the pain to a bareable and normal level. I can recommend myLivia to any woman who struggles with period or endometriosis pain!

I have endometriosis and before trying Livia I had to take tramadol almost every day to ease my pain. My husband found out about Livia and he immediately ordered it for me. We both didn’t think it would help much since my pain medicine sometimes didn’t work. But now I hardly have to use that pain medicine. I put it on when I feel my endo start flaring up and within 2 minutes I’m good to go. I can put it on at work or while hanging out with friends. It’s so small that no one would even know about it except I tell everyone about it because it has helped me so much. Before, if my endo pain would start hurting, I would have to leave wherever I was so I could go home, take a pain pill, use my heating pad and try to sleep it off. But not anymore! Thank you Livia!

It looks like Livia is trying to make things right. Recently I got invited to their ambassador programme, which makes me believe they want to attract more people. Their product works for me very well and I never had problems with it. It was the company which was horrible. However I am willing to give them one more chance.

I really like the machine. It's not just good for menstrual cramps. I have endometriosis. It is also excellent for reducing pain during snow.

Livia has helped reduce the severity of my menstrual cramps, making the unbearable days comfortable again. Livia has helped me be ME throughout my period instead of being curled up on the couch with my heat pad. Definitely recommend to those who suffer from painful periods.
