Kind of tired of the lots of pills I used to use to stop my period pain, I heard of tiny thing called Livia but even if the promise of "pain relief" was too magic but I had nothing to loose so I bought it in 2019 "just for try". Is a cute and tiny machine -almost invisible under clothes, but effective and you can controle the intensity (which was a pluss in my case). In resume, the pain reduces with its use, not to mention the money you save in long term.

I have endometriosis, a painful pelvic condition and although this doesn't take my pain away completely, it does help!! I would highly recommend this product to others like me and especially for people with normal periods!

Ich leide schon immer an sehr starken schmerzen und nehme jeden Monat sehr starke Schmerzmittel. Da ich zusätzlich noch während meiner Periode an Übelkeit und Magenbeschwerden leide hat mich die Werbung von Livia damals (2018) sehr stark angesprochen. Da ich aber ein sehr skeptischer Mensch bin habe ich mir natürlich zuerst Studien gesucht in denen TENS bzw. Reizstromgeräte auf ihre Wirksamkeit bei Menstruationsschmerzen getestet wurden und tatsächlich scheint das zu funktionieren. Ich entschied mich also dafür das Gerät zu kaufen und zu testen trotz des übertriebenen Preises (aber was man nicht alles tut wenn man wirklich leidet). Ich musste recht lange auf das Gerät warten und hinzukam leider noch Zoll. Ich kann nicht sagen dass es mir zuverlässig immer hilft, an manchen Tagen greife ich trotzdem noch zu Schmerzmitteln. Einmal hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es nur noch mehr gereizt hat und meine Schmerzen verstärkt wurden. Das kam aber danach nicht wieder vor, vielleicht hatte ich es zu stark eingestellt? Die Anwendung ansich ist aber spielend einfach. Das Gerät ist sehr klein und lässt sich gut verstauen. Der Akku hält einen ganzen Tag. Generell bin ich ganz zufrieden, mir gefällt besonders das Design. Aber der Preis ist einfach zu teuer. Es gibt wesentlich viel günstigere Geräte auf dem Markt die auch einfacher zu erhalten sind ohne zusätzliche Zoll-Kosten. Meiner besten Freundin würde ich es darum leider nicht empfehlen...

I love my Livia device and subscription! I've suffered for so many years but nothing seemed to help much in lessening the pain. I've tried medication, teas, creams and heat, but they didn't work well enough to get me out of bed for those days. Livia allows me to manage the pain so I can go about my day, cleaning the house or going to work.

I love this product is so helpful has helped me with my pain and I don’t have to keep taking Midol and everything come like every two hours it’s the best investment I’ve ever made

I have the double whammy of Endo & Adeno. I get pain not just with my period but throughout the month. My livia is one of my go to's for pain management and relief. Livia on high and a heat pad on top is the win for me. More than that being able to walk around with the livia discreetly helping under my clothes has been a life saver for me too on days where i have still push through and cannot stay home.

I used it on my Sciatic Nerve pain I was having because my period cramps have become tolerable and I don't use it for that much. Works very well but I have to use it for a long period of time though. Works great though.

My period has killing me for years I saw Livia and the pain the was gone I love this little device I can workout with it run and do everything I can't do
