Je l'ai testé la 1ère journée de mes règles. Le matin la douleur était maîtrisée avec livia, mais plus la journée avançait plus la douleur augmentait. J'augmentais donc l'intensité de livia autant que je pouvais le supporter. Mon inconfort due à la douleur , et à la sensation de forts picotements au niveau des électrodes, m'a fait retirer le dispositif en soirée et reprendre mes traitements antidouleurs et mes bouillottes brûlantes en attendant qu'ils agissent.

Fairly certain it’s a scam. Got device two months late. Never worked. Couldn’t return until after the four month trial- so your paying $8 a month for a subscription for a device that doesn’t work AND you don’t get any extra gel pads in mail. They say money back guaranteed? Yeah no, you have to pay the cost of shipping back to them and apparently only get the initial cost of the device not the subscription of nothing you’ve been forced to pay. Don’t do it. Edit: I did receive a full refund of the device and subscription service as mentioned below in the company’s response.

Dear MyLivia Management, I ordered a MyLivia product from you, under the order number 244253, which I had to send back to you. Your costumer service confirmed me by email on February 02, 2021 that the returned product has arrived at the warehouse and the price of the device will be refunded within 30 working days. After 30 business days, I informed the customer service that I had not received the money back yet. On March 18, 2021 I was informed by email that the finance department is working on the refund, and they will contact me after the refund is complete. After this, I have sent two more emails to the costumer service, stating that I still had not get my money back, and I would like some explanation as to why. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from the costumer service to my last two emails, even though they were previously willing to respond to my emails within 1-2 business days. I also do not understand what is the obstacle to refunding the money I am entitled to, since I did return the product, you also indicated that it was received by you, and the 30 working day refund period has long expired. It is not just a few dollars, but a significant amount of money for me, therefor I ask you to transfer the price of the product to me within 5 business days at max. Otherwise I will have to turn to the consumer organization for help, as you are seriously violating the Terms of Use, using my money without permission, against the law. I am forced to write to you here because they do not reply to my letters. I would ask that you be informed immediately regarding the refund of my money!

I get my Livia because I was having severe pain from cysts in my ovaries. I wasn't able to move around or even sit most of the time this helped me be able to manage my periods.

I suffer from severe dysmenorrhea, and have since I was a little girl. Livia is the first thing that even gave me even slight relief!! I love how discrete it is. I got my Livia 5+ years ago, so some things may have changed, but my biggest concern was the petal shapes. They are cute, but the pointy edges are not comfortable for us more...rolly people!
