Livia seems to work whenever I remember to use it. The tingling sensation isn’t painful and it at least helps distract from the pain. My device is also old at this point, so it doesn’t really hold a charge.

This product has been a live saver. I have pcos and there are times when ibuprofen won’t cut it for the pain and Incant take anything strong because of work. With the Livia I get almost instant pain relief and can function in everyday life. I don’t know what I’d do without it

I have had my Livia for about 4 years now. It works great with the pain, but you have to remember to charge it and change the gel pads regularly. Its design is cute and it is discrete if you have to go out in public. Minus one star because i have to replace the flower pads, the cable broke

Worst customer service ever. Ive been waiting for a refund since the beginning of April. They won't respond to my emails and don't bother calling no one ever picks up. If you want to try this type of product get a TENS unit off amazon for way cheaper and less headache.

I ordered it because I saw so many good things about it on social media. I have experience with a TENS-machine from rehabilitation because of a muscle disease and Livia use the same concept only milder. I was intrigued! The first time I put it on, it relieved the cramps and pain within an hour. It was magical! It actually really do help. I have personal assistants 24/7 and I was so excited I let them try; all of them ended up loving it and wanted one themselves. Some of them struggle with much heavier cramps than me, and they actually got relieved from it. So if you’re interested and curious to try: DO IT!!

I have endometriosis and my cramps are horrible for at least 5 straight days every 3 to 4 weeks. My pain would only respond to heavy medications that would make it impossible to drive safely or even function in general. So either the pain was debilitating or the medications would knock me out. Either way I wasn’t able to function. When I found this device I was able to decrease the medications and able to function again.

Didn't know much about TENS units or anything but tried this out because I saw an ad video for it. Really does help with menstrual cramps, and you can adjust the intensity of the device. It does give you a weird "electric current" feeling, but it's not painful at all.
