ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!!!! There is no way to return this product. Any link that you may think would let you return the product is either disabled or redirects you to some random page. You cannot click the 'Cancel' button on your account dashboard, nor can you click the 'Return' link at the bottom of the page - it redirects to the website home page. I have been trying to cancel for months now. Got hold of customer service and they asked to click the link for refunds. When I raised the issue of the link not working, customer service said that "We are currently updating our website but it should be fixed soon". Yeah right. How long does it take to fix a link? Avoid at all costs.

This is amazing for pelvic pain. I have endometriosis and interstitial cystitis and am in constant pain. Was using single use adhesive heating pads which are expensive and wasteful, Livia is so much better. Its, re-useable, cute, and even more effective than the heating pads. So happy to have come across this little device.

This little device is a godsent. I have suffered from horrible cramps for so many years and nothing turns off the pain like Livia! Plus it is easy, and portable and the battery life is amazingly long. I love that I can easily throw it into my work bag, during my menstrual week and be ready to fight any pain that comes my way quickly.

I bought a Livia to help with the pain from endometriosis. I get debilitating pain a few days a month, and lower levels of pain for at least a week. I need to be able to move —going to work, caring for my pets— and relying on a heating pad was really limiting. (Plus I was starting to get burns on my stomach.) The Livia has made a HUGE difference. It is pretty light and easy to clip to my clothes (even just underwear if I’m wearing a nightgown), and it makes it possible for me to leave the house on bad pain days. The instructions are super simple (I’m not too technical, and honestly when I’m in pain I really can’t do anything complicated). This actually relieves the pain, and I am able to do things I couldn’t before (I walked and went shopping while on my period, which I haven’t done in years for fear that I would pass out).

I had it for a while, and it helped me during those difficult months. I'm glad I bought it and that I was able to afford it.

I've had issues with period pain for so long, I was put on so many different tablets for the pain and everything and I was super skeptical of this device but it works so well for me, I use it every cycle and I love it!
