Update: After I wrote my review here, i finally got my money back. I am not gonna rate it with all stars because for 2 moths my communication with livia was horrible. But I am so thankful to Ran. The only one at customer service who took care of my problem. So I am adding some stars just because of Ran. Thank you for your help. DON'T BUY THIS! All these negative experiences with delays, bad communication and lost money are true! I wish i saw the reviews on this site sooner I would have never bought the product. I ordered livia kit on june 11th. I wanted to help my sister even though it was totally out of my price range. Nothing was happening for a month. And I was promised it would be delivered and i was even promised compensation money for the delay. Obviously i didnt get either of those things. At the end of june after a lot of messages and emails i was finally able to cancel my order. And I was promised my money back. Its already been 30 business days and i still haven't seen my money. I would NOT recommended this. I am student I dont have much money. I bought the device in good faith, i thought they wanted to help women. Iam really sad and dissapointed, if i knew that they are scamming people of money, i would have never paid for it!

Monthly pain……. No more! Livia is the best choice. I strongly recommend Livia. Small and easy.

Livia changed my life! I can now sleep without taking pills to stop the cramps and all the pain! Use it throughout the whole 7 days. Recommend it to everyone I know.

*FINAL UPDATE* Once again, Ran has delivered on what she’s promised. I actually received the wrong item the first time, but she quickly replied and sent out the correct one. I’ve received it today and am so happy I can FINALLY use my Livia again for my next period. If you’ve got a delivery issue, please please email Ran herself. I’m glad I know that now. *UPDATE* Very shortly after writing my review the mysterious Ran I’ve heard about on here emailed me and made sure the problem was dealt with. I’m going to change it to three stars once I receive the package, but until then I’ve updated it to two (from one) because of how well Ran handled the situation for me. I’ve written a review about livia on here before and I gave it 5 or 4 stars, however that has drastically changed. I would delete the review but I can’t seem to remember my login. The product itself is GREAT, I really do love it, but when I can’t get a replacement part, I can’t use it and therefore it’s useless to me. The company itself honestly feels like only 3 people work there. I saw an extremely similar review on here saying the same thing. I’ll email asking about the order and 3 days later I’ll get a reply. They have a telephone number to call, I’ve called it three times on three separate occasions and no one ever answers it. They give you an option to chat on FB messenger which is I assumed, would be instant, however I’ve got a reply at 4am asking what my question was. Then today, I got someone asking what my question was again, I responded right away thinking they’re waiting for my reply…we’ll it’s now been 4 hours and no one has responded to my messages. I’ve currently been waiting 3 months for my “flower pads” which are the part that includes the wires. I’m beyond frustrated and have now asked for a refund, which to no surprise, has not been responded to yet. There is a similar product, not as cute but similar, which I’ll probably be buying next called Ovira. I understand the global pandemic has hindered supply, but honesty and communication would go a LONG way with this company, and it’s something they must improve on if they want to survive. Livia worked for me for around 6 years, but if you’re just looking into it now, I suggest you wait or look elsewhere because you’ll be pulling your hair out trying to get the product or communicate with ANYONE from the company.

Livia is a godsend! I had horrible cramps growing up, to the point where I'd be doubled over in pain. Ever since I started using livia, I'm able to function throughout the day and sleep better at night. Thanks Livia!

Génial J’ai testé LIVIA depuis peu et franchement j’en suis très contente. Avant mes douleurs étaient si intenses que je pouvais à peine marché. Un peu cher certes mais grâce à ce produit vous prendrez moins de médicaments. Je l’approuve à 100% même si au début j’étais très sceptique.
