Livia is the only thing which helps me with menstrual pain besides pills. Since I use it I have reduce the consumption of pills by half. I have very intensive menstrual pain and Livia is my savior. I highly recomend it.

I have had painful periods for years so when I heard about the concept of Livia, I was immediately interested. The device is small and easily fits in a pocket or can be worn on your belt discreetly. I’ve worn it while doing household chore but I think it’s best to use while lying down relaxing before bedtime. It really takes that “edge” off the pain that medication has never been able to do.

I backed Livia in its Kickstarter days and I'm so glad that I did! My cramps were debilitating the first two days of my period and always seemed to sneak up on me in the middle of the night. I keep my Livia on my bedside table and it really helps keep the pain at bay so I can get some sleep!

I carry livia when I’m traveling just in case when my period comes and I would need livia to ease my period pain. It works magically and works better than buying hot pad or just drinking hot water.

Livia is amazing! I crowdfunded their project and bought their "sisters" pack for myself and my sister. We tell everyone with a uterus about Livia. It changed our lives. We are both lifters and runners and cramps kept us from doing what we loved most frequently. Not anymore!!! Now I can still run and lift even if I'm experiencing cramps.

I have endometriosis & PCOS, and an irregular cycle because of it. Being able to carry my Livia in my purse with me is great for when my cramps sneak up. I can usually hide the power source clip in my jeans if I need to. The sooner I get the device working, the better it works to help. I was way over dosing ibuprofen every cycle because my cramps were debilitating due to the endo, and I was trying to move away from over medicating. This doesn’t totally neutralize the cramps, but does make life more bearable. I feel like someone who has more “normal” cramps might actually not feel them at all but I can’t be sure. The only real downside I’ve found is that I can’t seem to keep the sticky pads clean enough between uses during a single cycle to reuse them, so that can be expensive if you aren’t careful. I’ve been using the device for years now, because I was a supporter through the Kickstarter campaign. I’ve turned many friends onto it. Well worth the money!!!!

It's been a year using Livia and I never regret my choice: it's the best purchase I have ever made. It helps me a lot with my menstrual cramps, I can do my activities without taking any medications. I recommend you to have a Livia in your pocket!
