The most incredible customer service ever! I was amazed how patient and professional they were to talk me through every step and explain all important necessities.

Just opened the boxes yesterday. Am charging the unit overnight and will start use today. I read the full manual yesterday. The studies citing efficacy make the device sound useless. $400 is a lot of money for ‘useless’. I’ll get started with it today because I need help with UI. More in a month.

Mary in Customer support was a dream to work with. I had some fit issues and after doing an on phone trouble shooting session she asked me to send a picture of myself in them to verify the fit. After giving some additional measurements, I am now being sent a different design that will (hopefully) fit my odd shaped body better! I'm so grateful that Mary and the other agents who've helped me were able to come up with a solution to my issue. As they say in the UK, I'm chuffed now to give this another try!!

I have had my innovo for a week and I am amazed at the change I am already noticing

Although I am sure the technology works and customer service has been responsive, I am on my third pair of shorts because one of the pads seems to fail after only a month or two of use. The first pair I received were too loose on the leg despite taking accurate measurements. However, I wore my running shorts over them and that kept the pads in contact with my skin. However, one electrode started to sting painfully. The second pants I was sent was a size smaller and fit better but the one pad stinging happened again (different number pad) with the replacement pair I was sent after not much use again. Considering how much the kit costs, I don't think this is acceptable. I am now on my third pair of shorts, I have hardly got to use the product and have been told I will have to pay for the next pair of shorts.

My only complaint is that the fit isn’t the best sometimes it takes a few try’s of taking them off to spray them again to get them to work, I go through the spray faster the spray is not cheap. I ordered size 4 it worked fine for 2 weeks than stop working I spoke to customer services who are very helpful sent size 5. I do feel it’s going to work. I would recommend this product. Staff most helpful whenever I had queries.

Great experience with the product and customer service. Experienced some adjustment issues with initial use and reached out to customer service. Feedback was prompt and above and beyond- provided direct links, call backs, emails and tips for the best experience. After applying tips and adjusting short size, I’m continuing to have an improved experience with the product. Definitely recommend- I’m looking forward to final results.
