I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, customer service person was very helpful in explaining what to do and very patient as I had to find a measuring tape. I will be getting my new short soon,and I'm excited to start the program.

I have never consistently gotten the system to work Getting the shorts to fit is problematic...size 6 too tight..size 7 Stretched out !!! I could get it to work for 3 days in a row and then couldn't. There is a long wait time for tech support, that should tell you something. I would love to have had it work for me...very dissapointed

My innovo shorts have brought a real improvement in my condition. However a technical issue arose with a pad which reduced their effectiveness. The customer services team are working to resolve the problem but in the interim, have arranged for replacement shorts so there is no break in my treatment. This is really appreciated.

Lawtitia hung in there with me while we tried to figure out what was causing the problem. It took us several tries and about 30 minutes, but we figured it out and she is sending me a replacement pair of shorts.
