The quality of the customer service is excellent. I originally purchases the Innovo pants and these worked fine for five weeks. I had some problems during this time with difficulty in getting all the electrodes to work. Innovo discussed this with me and replaced the pants. The new pants worked well for around three weeks and the same problems started again with electrodes failing to generate the necessary signals. I read through the Trustpilot reviews and found a number of other people had the same problems. I found one review where the customer was advised to use the Generation One version of the Innovo system. I spoke with Innovo customer service again and they were extremely helpful and agreed to replace the existing system with the earlier system. I have now had these for two weeks and they have been really good. They are more difficult to use and take longer to set up as the two parts have to be put in separately and placed in the correct position. They also take time to remove the two leg pieces. They use electrodes with a tacky surface that adheres to the skin and makes a much better contact than the non-tacky contacts of the pants. They operate without any problems for the full time of the session. If you are having problems with getting a good contact with the pants I recommend these First Generation units. I think the problem with the pants is that they need to be a tight fit to ensure full electrode contact and this is difficult. I think the material is wrong and Innovo should use an elasticated material to ensure the electrodes stay in tight contact with the skin. The Innovo system works really well and certainly provides a major improvement with the incontinence problem, and I recommend it. The improvement I have had so far has been excellent and I am expecting further benefits in the future as I complete the programme.

Order and delivery 5stars. Being a larger person I find real difficulty getting the shorts on and arranged correctly. Haven’t been able to have any sessions at all. Don’t recommend if you have any lumps and bumps ie. if your belly is not fairly flat. So disappointed!!

Recieved the shorts with me being a medium sized lady was thinking they would not fit. Always respond to my email used the shorts 3 times now... 30 mins a day very relaxing once you get used to the strange feeling got shorts writhing 3 days off ordering. Hoping they work keep thinking positive thank you

After two weeks only noticed a slight improvement, my get better with more use could be my age?
