I've been going to physical therapy for…
I've been going to physical therapy for 2 months to try and get help with my incontinence. I was told that my muscle tone level should be at an 80 and I was at 10. The first day I put on the shorts and turned it on I felt the muscle that my therapist was trying to help me with! I have since had to stop physical therapy because of Covid-19 but will be in my second week of using my shorts. I can't wait to see my progress at the end of all this!!

Myinnovo really does work
Myinnovo really does work! I noticed though that everyone heals differently.. so it took me a little longer to notice results. It took me about 6-8 weeks to see that the shorts are working. I have 3 more weeks to go and as of right now I’m nearly dry. I am so glad I purchased these. The shorts are a great resource to help strengthen the pelvic floor! I would definitely recommend these shorts.

We recommend that you use INNOVO for an initial 12 week period for best results so hopefully you will continue to see improvements over the coming weeks, after that you can use INNOVO 1 - 2 times per week to maintain good pelvic health. You should use INNOVO at a level that is comfortable for you, if you find that the intensity is becoming uncomfortable you should decrease the stimulation to a level that is more comfortable for you.
