Soooo…I absolutely love my Gardyn. It is the first after I let the dogs out that I look at in the morning. I wish my parents and grandparents could have seen this! They had a garden outside every year and this reminds me of my childhood and so much they would put into their gardens as I do now. Best purchase I have made since buying my house …don’t wait buy it and all they recommend you will not be sorry. I tell everybody about it!!!!!!

I first wrote a scathing review based on my frustration with the Gardyn not connecting to the internet and my 30 plant starts being dry and having to hand water then twice a day. Afraid of losing all of them while out of town for 4 days. I received a call from the company with an apology and that IT was working on the issues. Since then IT has fixed the issue and my gardyn is back online. I am here to correct my first review and to say that I now can continue to enjoy my gardyn once again. Thank you

The water sensor on my Gardyn quit working - I followed the instructions in the help section on the app to troubleshoot- still no luck. Reached out to customer service and once again received excellent support. The replacement sensor is already being shipped to me. Highly recommend this company and their product. You will not be disappointed!!

I am so happy today I could cry of joy. The Gardyn team has first send us a replacement pump for free which unfortunately didn’t do the trick since the replacement connector was eroded. Unexpected and so very much appreciated the whole lid was replaced by the Gardyn team. I can’t thank them enough. We love our Gardyn and were able to keep the plants intact while waiting for the replacement by hand watering the plants. What a great experience! THANK YOU GARDYN TEAM! Moni

Not only do I love the ease of the Gardyn Home unit, I love the freshness and abundance I grow with it so much that I purchased a second Gardyn Home unit. I’m currently contemplating a third! The bonus is the wonderful customer support. I never struggle with questions as if the “in app” KELBY can’t answer it, support reaches out to me right away. They’ve been so very helpful each time I’ve contacted them.

Zero customer support if you want to get immediate help. After you pay them $1,000+, there is no one manning the phone lines. Oddly enough, they do have phone support if you’d like to give them money and purchase something. This company seems extraordinarily shady. My unit arrived missing a part and instead of being able to speak with someone about my assembly difficulties I instead get directed to a chat bot that doesn’t really even let you explore Solutions. Further, they sell you this plastic monstrosity I do not send the entire order at the same time. I purchased the rolling cart to go with it now I have a fully assembled garden in my kitchen that goes in the sunroom, but I don’t know how to move it without the dolly that I paid for, but didn’t receive. Stay away from this company! There are definitely more cost-effective better products out there. Gardyn is trash. I’m still in shock that they have the audacity to charge $1000 and not man the Customer Service line.
