This has been easy for the most part. There are times when I have to vary my “window” due to things in our schedule but I haven’t had any challenges as far as urges to eat. The weekly menu and daily emails are great! I haven’t had time to check out the podcasts but I hope to do that this week. I can’t remember when I’ve been able to lose over 2 lbs in one week and I am very hopeful this new lifestyle will be my answer to long term weight lose and maintenance. It’s only been one week, but I’m excited to keep going!

Im going good im sticking to the menu and love it. Some things like egg plant not so good but I had it. So far I've lost almost 4kg.

They took my $29.99 without any hesitation. I emailed (after getting the contact information from my credit card company) I’ve now been emailing since April 6 being I’ll get the email with the plan nothing and now not even responding to my emails

The food intake timeframe window and the quantity of food worked for me. I found giving up my wine was difficult!!

I was pleased that the My Fasting Challenge team cleared up my billing, and that I have a potential date to complete my fasting challenge. I admit it is harder to lose weight at this portion of my challenge. I plan to do some long stepping walks to help this along, as well as the exercises come in.
