Not joined yet as when I got to the part where you pay I realised its an American site I'm in the uk and I find that these sites recommend foods that we don't have in the uk and quite often food that I have never heard of and as you don't see what meals are recommended before you pay I am reluctant to go ahead with it

i think the program was good, but I have had a hard time getting through to cancel. I was not able to eat what i needed to, but I have done well with the 16/8, so i have quit the snacking and lost a little weight. I am not able to continue this/

I'm now starting week 3 with still only a 2lb weight loss. The first week I do believe I was breaking my fast with my coffee creamer (very little) and I I take medication at night that may have interfered. This past week I stuck to the 16-8 schedule but see little difference. I'm using the meal plans as a reference but I find it hard to eat 5 times a day as it's more than I truly ever eat.

I have enjoyed the meal plans and suggestions. But the program for me is to broad to be a pay for program- weight watchers offers more personal support for less money. I wil finish out the 3 months I have paid for. But I don’t feel like I have learned anything new or even find this to be much of a challenge

The actual plan was very good. I lost 5 lbs. but emails and communication has been terrible. None of my posts are being posted on the FB Page. Apparently there is a manual that I have not received.

Ich komme sehr gut mit dem Essensplan klar und finde ihn super... aber leider hab ich noch keinen Plan für die 2. Woche, da man mir wieder nur die 1. Woche geschickt hat...das finde ich nicht gut

The meal plans are great & I have lost 10lbs already. The problem I am having is they keep sending me the same meal plan each week. I have to email them at least 3 different times before I get a response & then they send me the week I need. I shouldn't have to go thru this each week.
