I inadvertently clicked on "vegetarian" instead of "I eat meat" preference and when I asked to change it, they said it wasn't possible and I should sub legumes for tofu. All well and good, but I wanted a MEAT diet. I'm sure the menu algorithm is easily modified to include meat.

Hello there! Thank you for reaching out. We do not offer a strict meal plan, so our customers could adjust it to different dietary requirements. The meals in the plan are merely a suggestion, and you can replace them with your own meals as long as you do not exceed your daily calorie intake and follow the fasting and eating patterns. That way, you will still see great results - even if meals are different. If you need any help, please contact us at [email protected]. We would be happy to assist you with anything! Kind regards, My Fasting Challenge Team

Dommage!

Horrendous. I took out this challenge in good faith and paid £39.99 in full via PayPal. Then nothing happened other than receiving automated email, encouraging me to take out the deal I already paid for. No program or challenge was sent to me. When I tried to enquire I was merely told they hadn't received any payment. Although I sent a screen shot of the payment as proof, I have still not received a response. This is a lot of money for me and I have nothing to show for it. The worst thing is the total lack of communication. (Update) They did in the end respond and refund me the total amount but only after quite some time.
