I made a mistake on my shipping address due to Google autofill using and address from 15 years ago that I didnt catch. I reached out to customer service and they are printing me a new item and shipping to my correct address at no charge. Top notch customer service and quick response.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased some items and I never received them. I advised them that I never received the products and they advised to contact usps. I advised this company that the tracker says "returned to original sender" and they advised that they could not help since it shows "delivered" on their end. And so I did contact usps. Usps advised me that AGAIN the package did not even make it out for delivery and it was in fact sent back to sender. I keep asking for a refund and this company keeps refusing to get me my refund. This place takes no accountability for mistakes and has terrible customer service. Again. Do not waste your money. I spent over $50 on this place and have absolutely nothing to show for it. My money was basically stolen from this company. Very sketchy.

That was a horrible experience for me. They attached my bf's black head to the white body. My head was not connected to the neck, I had three hands!!! For the photo frames they will make "cartoon characters" that look nothing like you. I don't need a photo frame with some strangers! Will never EVER use them again. I filed a dispute with my bank because they wouldn't refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my package a month ago paid for shipping insurance and still haven’t received my order or any answers as to where my order is.
