I received the wrong size boxers, and Grace has hopefully helped me fix the issue and new boxers are now on the way. I greatly appreciate her kindness and promptness throught this process. Hoping the new boxers are the right size, and I will gladly give this company 5 stars. Grace has been wonderful.

Everything went fine when I ordered 2 pair of underwear for my boyfriend to his birthday, however I later on realised I might needed to upgrade to fast shipping in hope to receive them within two weeks. The tricky part came here, while trying to agreeing with the upgraded shipment fee on the phone, there were nowhere to pay and on the computer it just said PayPal did not support the server.. Trying to reach out to customer service on the site it just gave me a loading site which never got to the point. Frustrated and sad I turned to Myboxerfaceus on Facebook and got assistance from the lovely Vicky who helped me with everything I needed help with and it all went smoothly after some different options! Tbh I kinda felt it was a scam at first and there were no customer service, but Vicky was amazing and patient, she gave such good and fast service, I really recommend this company 😄 Thank you for everything again Vicky! ❤️
