Emma is an excellent e-newsletter platform , which is constantly providing upgrades, improvements and educational support. The success measurement is of each campaign is effective report in all my email marketing clients.

Sometimes the formatting changes from the draft mode to when the email is sent. In particular, the alignment of images and the spacing in the text displays incorrectly. Love the ease of use for this product though. The drag and drop is amazing and it is very easy to import contacts.

I have used several different types of programs like Emma and this is by far the best one I've used so far. The capability to create templates from scratch is great which makes branding your communications easy to do. Their customer service is fantastic and their technicians are knowledgeable and well-trained to support any issue that is presented to them. I recommend MyEmma to everyone!

Generally speaking, I have found Emma to be pretty easy to use on my own, but I do appreciate being able to contact technical support when I have a question or encounter a problem. I am not real tech-savvy and prefer to actually talk to a person - rather than look for answers online. The Emma team has always been friendly and willing to help. I think the newsletter I publish through Emma is attractive, clean, and easy to read. And it is truly fun to put together.
