Got 2020 earfun air buds.( Late to this party) All the reviews were spot on. Perfect for me, great sound, and for small ears, comfortable fit. Haven't got much money, so wasted loads on cheap rubbish ones, false economy. Love them!

I have ordered headphones and i have never receved any confirmation. The response from the contact service was that there was problems in production and gave me two options. To wait for new purchase or to receve refund. I choodes refund and i have never receved it. Still waiting for thair response but for now it looks like a fraud. There is a reason why the price is affordable. Disapointed.

Bought a set of their new pro4 earbuds, excellent sound and no issues. Bought another set as a gift unfortunately, they failed to arrive. Emailed earfun store and they sent out a new set straight away. No complaints at all with quality of goods or service. The only thing I would like to see, is say an on line portal to connect with them rather than email, phoning china a non starter.

Bad experience with the official store. Following my order EIT-241102-E66897 the goods never arrived and do not want to refund me. I had to open disputes with Paypal.

I have had two pairs of Earfun earbuds and both have been excellent. I'm looking at these negative reviews and they seem to all be about products that they have not received which is hardly a review of the quality of the product! I would personally say they are close in quality of sound and battery life to the Samsung earbuds I had before which cost about four times as much and did not fit my ears so well. I've also had a Bluetooth speaker from Earfun which I use in rooms of several sizes and it's never run out of oomf.
