Kürzlich die In-Ears vonEarfun gekauft. Leider war die Funktion und Tragequalität nicht überzeugen. Bluetooth setzte aus und der sichere Sitz der Stöpsel war beim Walken nicht gegeben. Also zurücksenden.

I purchased EarFun earbuds twice and…
I purchased EarFun earbuds twice and experienced the same issue both times: poor fit and insufficient adherence.
Despite normal, everyday use and trying different ear tip sizes, the earbuds repeatedly slipped out. In both cases, this eventually led to the loss of one earbud without noticing when it fell. With the second pair, this happened after only about 15 days of use, making the product unreliable for daily use. Fit and stability are key features for wireless earbuds, and this was a consistent problem.
Customer support explained that there are multiple production batches due to “improvements made during production,” which suggests that fit and adherence may vary. However, they also confirmed that this situation is not covered under warranty and no alternative solution was offered.
I am sharing this experience to inform potential customers about a recurring fit issue that may significantly impact usability.

1. The loss of earbuds or the charging case is not covered by our warranty. We'd love to offer you a discount code to help you get a new set at a reduced price. If you'd like to proceed, please contact our customer service team.
2. We do not offer earbuds or charging cases for separate sale because compatibility between different production batches cannot be guaranteed. In addition, our products are manufactured and packaged as complete sets, so we do not have individual earbuds or charging cases available for sale. We have checked with our customer service team, and they have already explained this to you. Thanks for your understanding.

Quality of one set of buds super...but beware of customer care
First the positive. I am an audiophile. I'm picky about headphones. I have DJ bins for mixing that cost 100s of dollars and 'test drove' a series of headphones before lumping for a pair recommended by the late lamented Avicii.
Beats Audio are generally all style no substance.
The only very slight downside to their TW200 buds are the name. The bass kicks are just amazing and as comparable to my over ear Avicci bins. And the acid test for me is the bass. Too many buds are too tinny. The acid test of a kicking Prodigy track blows your ears apart. They are easy to operate in the run. They have multiple fittings to fit individual ears. And if you like good packaging then they've got that sorted.
I now rock two sets of these which. Because at the price (around £30) it's a no brainer.
I also got round ear buds for the gym which i thought were also incredible value at around £50 but that is where the problems begin.
The quality is nowhere near as good as the buds despite being nearly double the price.. They leak outside noise like crazy which makes them unusable. Plus they still come off making them redundant when I already have buds.
And worse customer care believed it is because I am not wearing them properly and wont give me a full refund saying there is nothing wrong with them.
So that is the downside to Earfun that is Chinese based. If you have any issue then the customer care really really is the worst you will find. So ultimately beware.

Thank you for your feedback. We highly value your experience and have looked into this matter.
1. Regarding noise isolation: OpenJump features an open-ear design, which does not include active noise cancellation. As a result, its noise isolation differs from in-ear headphones. This design primarily offers a more natural listening experience while reducing ear discomfort.
2. Regarding fit stability: We understand that comfort varies from person to person, which is why we provide detailed wearing guidance to help users find the most suitable fit. However, due to the unique structure of open-ear headphones, some users may find them less secure than in-ear models.
3. Additionally, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the product does not meet your expectations but has no quality issues, you can still request a return within this period.
We hope to provide you with a better experience in the future and appreciate your understanding and support!

Fragile, No spare parts
I've had 2 pairs of these true wireless earphones.
I'm quite satisfied with the sound quality, but don't expect to keep them for several years, as they're quite fragile.
For the first EarFun Air, after about a year one of the speakers stopped charging because there was no contact between the charging box and the earphone, I tried to repair it but never found out how to do it.... I bought a new pair of EarFun Pro 3, after a few weeks one of them ended up in a puddle while I was jogging and stopped making sound, it's supposed to be IP58 waterproof but don't expect it to survive a few seconds under water... I contacted customer service, and they told me it wasn't covered by the warranty and that they don't sell spare parts, so I have to buy a complete set again... It's a shame, because I was happy with the concept and sound quality, but rather disappointed with the solidity and customer service...
Now I have 2 sets of unusable earphones because one of the 2 earphones no longer charges or has no sound... but the only solution is to buy them again and throw them in the garbage can, no recycling, no standard exchange, no possibility of simply buying back the defective earphone, it makes no sense and is neither ecological nor logical, programmed obsolescence....
It's disappointing because on its website, this brand highlights its awards and values such as Integrity, Excellence, Passion, Respect, but this seems to be just a face and a marketing argument, because in the end, their aim is to get you to buy the products again rather than make them last.
