My EarFun Air earphones had a technical problem. The left earphone stopped being able to connect to my devices. While this was annoying, the customer service I received was prompt and easy to follow. I received my replacement set within 5 days of logging my issue with them. Thank you!!!

Overall very good quality. Excellent customer service. Had a problem charging. Very helpful email offering troubleshooting. Still had problem so sent new set by next post.

Kürzlich die In-Ears vonEarfun gekauft. Leider war die Funktion und Tragequalität nicht überzeugen. Bluetooth setzte aus und der sichere Sitz der Stöpsel war beim Walken nicht gegeben. Also zurücksenden. Dann wurde es richtig schwierig. Lange diskutiert bis endlich eine Rücksendeadresse benannt wurde. Nach Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten und Eingang bei der Adresse wurde nach 14 Tagen noch nicht die Rückerstattung getätigt. Lasst die Finger von diesen EarFun Produkten!

⁷Ohrhörer bei Amazon gekauft. Haben zunächst funktioniert. Dann war das Ladecase defekt. Neues konnte man nicht kaufen. Also Kundendienst angeschrieben. Ich sollte ein Video schicken!? Was sollte das? Amazon angerufen. Sofort Geld zurück. Trotz Abmeldung bei Ear fun bekomme ich weiter regelmäßig Werbung von denen, wie auch heute. Wann hört das endlich auf? Heute habe ich die nächste Werbung bekommen!

Failed to Deliver, DHL just refused to show up. Again This company chooses to do business with DHL they should fix it. Tell them to send it to a DHL pickup point or something because delivery drivers will refuse to deliver to a home address
