I added a free subscription and the app reflected the free subscription. As it turns out I was being charged for months (expensive at £40 a month) . When reviewing in the app- it still showed a free subscription. I am waiting for MyDiabetes to provide more information but beware if you are just evaluating - this company are very quick to charge and not provide notification of charges or (in my case) display the paid for subscription in the app.

Today is my first day of my diabetic journey of eating more healthier lifestyle and also incorporating a good dieting and exercising plan as well .. so let’s just see how my planning things in advance will work out to my benefit to reduce my weight , and to continue with a healthier lifestyle for me!!!

I appreciate the variety available for each meal and the option to swap. I hope at some point there will be an option to choose foods liked and disliked. I find there is a lot of avocado in the recipes, and I am not a fan.

I canceled my subscription in July, they charged me again in August and refuse to issue me a refund. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me understand why I was charged a month after cancellation. I haven’t even received a package. I have reached out multiple times and really the only response I receive is very automated responses with no actual communication
