No offer of refund especially as requested within 14 day period. I did not realise that it was a recurring sum being taken out of my bank account but when I noticed the money had been taken out of my account I notified MyDiabetes but the responded by saying you should of reviewed the small print and I was quoted the sections I should have looked at I did point out I am a pensioner and the money taken out was a lot to me but I do feel scammed as my email response was business is business not a caring company

As a previous reviewer I did not see the re occurring payments being taken out of my bank account as soon as I did notify MyDiabetes but in essence I was told I should of read the small print as a pensioner it’s a lot of money to lose it’s a lesson learned that however a business is setup in health industry it is a business and the company does not care about its customers

Having carbs, protein, fat, calories worked out & meals to choose or swop gives me peace of mind that my diet is on track.

This site has made it very easy to loose weight and is helping me keep it off. I still have a few more pounds to go but I am so close to my goal. I love that you can pick the type of diet that fits you best. I have been doing the sugar free plan and I love it. Each meal is made for 1 unless you need more. I do not, so it's great. No eating leftovers for lunch the next day. Thank you.

I would like to choose my meal plans

I cancelled my subscription in March. Yesterday, in August, they take £97 out of my account! Absolutely disgusting. I have opened a case with PayPal to get a refund. I would never subscribe to this again. The food options for vegetarians were limited, the exercise plans boring and not substantial. Disappointing all round
