App does not provide what was described. Immediately canceled. Charged a yearly fee. Offered to pay one month and have the rest refunded. Refused. Signed up for yearly subscription because it was much cheaper than monthly. Do not sign up for this app. Bogus phone number. Emails are just a standard response. That reply is a joke. It was canceled through the platform a few minutes later. Multiple emails were sent with an AI response. Stated needed to be canceled within 24 hours (was canceled within the timeframe). Use the same platform (used the same platform). This was all reviewed and because the price was cheaper for a year, I took the year. I offered for you to take a fee for one month and refund the rest. Refused. I updated this two separate times and did not receive a response. Rescheduled out and no Response. Waiting for a response. In response to your response. You have not reviewed.
