Pricey for what they offer, no customer service available at phone number provided. I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I couldn't reach anyone at MyDiabetes. Emailed MyDiabetes requesting cancellation of subscription. Never used product/service and requested a refund. MyDiabetes responded with "drop the dispute, and we'll refund you". Credit card company informed me that MyDiabetes has the capability to refund whether there are active disputes or closed disputes. MyDiabetes refused. Over the six weeks it took, I received a number of lengthy emails from MyDiabetes, defensive and argumentative making the process of cancelling and being refunded unnecessarily time consuming and difficult. Not professional. I wouldn't recommend this app/company.

Chargebacks and disputes are handled by payment providers, which limits what we can do until they’re resolved, but we’re glad this was ultimately sorted, and a full refund was issued.
