Easy in windows on laptop then download APP to phone. I did not wish to purchase Pro-Biotics. I am taking those from Shakley which are preferred.

I have been living with diabetes (Type 2) for decades and have it pretty stable, A1C below 7. I used this app a few years ago but gave up after a bit because I didn't think I really needed it. However lately no matter what I do A1C is rising and I have had to add Mounjaro. I remembered the app and subscribed again. My favorite part is the recipes. They are delicious and appropriate size servings. With practice, I am able to swap them around so that it's more affordable. I'm not sure how long I will continue subscribing. Once I am stable again and have lost some weight, I may not need it anymore. I'm hoping to get off the Mounjaro at least.

I thought this app would give me a good low carb diet that would help me lose some weight and manage my glucose levels.Instead I am presented with toast for breakfast and rice for lunch and a sandwich for dinner!!! They might be calorie controlled but they are certainly not diabetic foods I can get a diet like this for free from literally anywhere.
