I love this app it keep me on track of my meals. Very seldom does my blood sugar go over 100. When it does I know that I have gone off track and gets right back on. I exercise regularly although not always the ones on the app. It’s good to know someone has your back!

Easy tracking with the AI doing the work, love it. Suggested meals good and being able to build my own meals is even better. so far enjoying the app.
