I have started this plan and although it’s a different set up all together of what I normally eat it’s been a pleasant change and it always fills you up so never feel hungry

I am not using ‘my diabetes’ as I should at the moment, but having looked through whats on offer I am very impressed. I have looked at a number of meal planners, diets, exercise regimes etc to help me better understand how to deal with type 2 diabetes with no success. Your ‘scheme’ helps in so many ways. I am excited for my future. (I am still undergoing treatment for cancer at the moment so by the end of November I should be able to use it properly)

The menu I was given included most of the foods I said I did not eat. Useless. I totally wasted my money.

Excellent & easy to input data. I had a query & contacted straight away which was resolved in person and given good advice. Plus the AI assistant is excellent to use as I have never used this facility before. Blood sugar levels dropping after 5 days using this App and in normal range.

It is great to be able to choose from such a large selection of alternative menus if a particular meal does not appeal.

I like that you can scan items and find out calories and nutritional values. I had a difficult time in the beginning with my meals logging. I am not following the suggested recipes, but making up my own meal selections. Still working on activity and drinking water. It takes time to develop new habits.
