Hält nicht, was versprochen wird. Die Rezepte sind uninspiriert und wer kein Fleisch isst, erhält auch kaum Rezeptvorschläge. Für mich eindeutig rausgeworfenes Geld.

The meal plan helps keep track of calories and provides a balanced diet. I like the variety. It is also helpful to keep track of my water intake, activity levels and glucose.

The app is great for helping make healthier food choices. If you don’t like a suggestion you can swap it for something else. The company was great in giving me a free trial. It meant a lot to me.
