I'm willing to give it a try
I think you're a little too expensive to start. However, you followed up with an acceptable starting offer to try out your system, and That was good. the rest was simple and I appreciate that.

It wasn't great but it was not annoying…
It wasn't great but it was not annoying me like other apps with offers, special offers and great discounts. There were two offers, but that is acceptable.

Not tech savvy.
I needed to unsubscribe from the App not because MyDiabetes wasn’t any good but simply I am not very technical and I couldn’t navigate the App it was too confusing for me but MyDiabetes were very understanding and are going to give me a refund.
