way too many adds to get medications... I did not like that. And some of the recommendations are not what I like or can afford to buy all the time.

1.) I have noticed things don’t get entered when I add them in. I have to keep checking. Sometimes it duplicates because of the lag. 2.) Using AI. I would think when you enter a full brand food with a serving on the back of package, I would locate online (ex. 1 slice Dave’s 60 calorie 21 grains bread) it would find it and list that bread as 60 calories instead of 130 calories. 3.) a bit trippy - constantly trying to locate Steps to update. 4.) Once you have added in a brand named food (ex. Newmans Own Olive Oil and Vinegar salad dressing) it should, once you start typing it again on another day, automatically update. But you have to enter everything all over again. Maybe it’s a new app and has growing pains. I’m just entering some things I’ve come across.

I understand up-selling but also find it time consuming to sift through services or items I am not in the market for. Other than that it was a good experience.

I love the tracking on this site. I can make sure my meals which are vegan are represented in a healthful way. On my own I was guilty of having nutrition out of balance. I was unable to lose weight and keep my diabetes within safe guidelines. Now I feel much more in control. Meals are simple, easy to make, and filling. Of course I like some better than others. I also like how this ap coordinates with my apple fitness and I can keep better track of my exercise. It also has solid informational tutorials which help to keep me focused.

Meals are flexible and well thought out. It is easy to follow. It would be useful to know if those meals can be supplemented to bulk them out a bit. Those of us who have followed eating plans before are usually rule followers who hesitate to vary from what is written. Adding a green salad or something similar would add a lot to feeling satisfied.
