This company is horrible and had I known it was operating out of Hong Kong, I would of never placed my order. I paid for expedited shipping and a gift box. Order was over a week late, box damaged. Bobblehead had missing ink on face and eyebrows were brown and I had clearly stated to them that I didn't want brown as none of the pics I provided showed BROWN, yet the bobblehead was painted that way. They refuse to provide a refund or partial refund. Awful company!

To anyone who is thinking about sending for a bobblehead DON'T, I sent for one as a gift and when it arrived it looked nothing like the person it should. I would have rated zero stars but it will not let you, I contacted custombobble heads who says it can not be exchanged as its custom made YES custom made for someone else.. If I could give no stars to this company, I would. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I had to. I had two separate orders from them. One of the products took OVER TWO MONTHS because THEY did not input my apartment number into their system. I contacted them multiple times through email to explain how I needed it before Christmas (I had ordered it on Black Friday) and they would respond days later. To make matters worse, they would not even help me direct my package to the right place when it was their mess up and my package got sent back to them. Once I finally received the product, it looked NOTHING like the photo I submitted. I contacted them once again with the photos I had originally submitted and the product I received. They told me that I had already agreed to the "proof" photo they sent me and that there would be no refund. The only photo they send is when the product is first being made and they don't send you a final photo to see if you're happy with the product. They then advised me that if I wanted them to redo the product, I had to pay the "materials fee and freight of $40". That wouldn't even guarantee that the product would come out correctly. I had paid so much money for my order and I couldn't even give my loved one a Christmas gift because of how bad it was. This company has no concept of customer service or customer satisfaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

It appears Custom Bobblehead is operating as Bobblehead Craft, probably because the reviews are so awful. Do not use them! I paid for a couple bobblehead, they never sent me a proof except for one head they said was of the woman. It was clearly a man's head. I told them to cease work on my order and to call me. They never did. Instead they sent me grammatically incorrect emails that I could barely understand. I asked for a refund. They then sent me a photo of a couple bobblehead that had zero resemblance to the 3 photos I sent them of the couple. I thought sending two extra photos would allow them to see how far off they were. Again, I told them to stop. This is my worst ever experience ordering something on the internet and I am so disappointed that after approximately 2 months, I do not have a gift for the engaged couple and it was very expensive. Based on the heading of the email they sent me, it looks like they are Custom Bobblehead, now calling themselves Bobblehead Craft. Buyers beware! only giving one star because i have to. this is a 0 star product. i got the complete wrong ethnicity. embarrassment . the company doesn't care that their product sucks either

Complete waste of money, item looks nothing like the intended recipient, I was provided with a photograph of the work in progress to approve prior to it being posted and questioned the likeness however this was ignored and they continued to make it sending me the item, I won’t be gifting this as it really looks nothing like the person. I coincidentally received another bobble head as a Christmas gift, this was made by another company and really is an amazing likeness, I have sent an image of it to custom bobble heads UK after they questioned my expectations. Can’t stress this enough, avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

0 stars. Terrible custom bobble head, a toddler would have did a better job. Paint was sloppy and it looked nothing like the photo that was sent. They did not care or offer to make it right even when I told them money was not the issue. Wasted $100 bucks and threw it away. Could not bring myself to give it as a gift. AWFUL

Terrible experience with this company;got one for my wife and was embarrassed to give it to her. No satisfaction when I complained.Don’t waste your money
