I just received my Bobblehead & my compliments go out to you for the incredible likeness to my nephew!!! I’m in love with it!!! I just can’t wait to see his reaction when I give it to him. The reason for the 4 stars, was the mic broke off in delivery. I had to glue it back myself. I felt returning it would cause more harm.

Really liked the outcome of the product and also appreciated the efficiency of the process, including approvals, notifications, and updates. Very pleased with the outcome. The only recommendation may be to streamline the buyflow online, somewhat, as that was an annoyance - updating the cart was somewhat annoying, but other than that, great!

Great customer service and communication

Customer service was quick to respond and kept me in the loop during the build process. Progress photos were provided and they implemented the notes I gave on the first iteration (for an additional cost). It was completed quickly and mailed. Once in the USPS, there was a slight lag but that was out of their control being in the postal system. The bobble head came out great and would do it again!

It’s absolutely perfect. Yes, it was a bit later than expected and the gift box wasn’t the best quality, but the bobble head itself was absolutely amazing. It looked just like the picture I sent. They went above and beyond with the custom design. I would order again.

While the order took a bit more time than I expected, it is custom and the communication was solid. I looked at the 1-star reviews and that wasn’t my experience. Melody sent a draft as promised. The detail is incredible and spot on with the photo. Only disappointment is that the heads don’t bobble. Other than that, great experience and was a great gift. 2 year anniversary gift and she loved it!
