MycustombobbleheadsReviews of mycustombobbleheads.com

I had to order a large number of custom bobbleheads of the same person for an event and came across this website. I inquired with some initial questions and the customer service was quick to respond and help me out. I had several exchanges back and forth with the customer service team and sent additional photos to ensure everything was exactly as I was hoping. They were SO incredibly helpful and sent pictures at every step of the process to ensure each piece was perfect. They arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition! We even had a little glitter on the shoes in the photo that they added actual glitter to each of the shoes, not just painting them the color of the glitter from the photo, actual glitter! Me and my team were so impressed with the quality and timeliness of these bobbleheads. We will absolutely be using them for any future events/client needs! We love them!!! Highly recommend. Special shout out to Jason for all his help!!

Customer service was quick to respond and kept me in the loop during the build process. Progress photos were provided and they implemented the notes I gave on the first iteration (for an additional cost). It was completed quickly and mailed. Once in the USPS, there was a slight lag but that was out of their control being in the postal system. The bobble head came out great and would do it again!

I spent the little I had left over from my benefits to purchase a gift from my husband from this website, the website claims to be from UK but is clearly based in China. They provide concise details on the site to show you the hand carve the statue etc and allow you to choose skin colour, they provide images to build your confidence in showing you how accurate the representation of your desired person on the figure will be. They allow you to provide images in different angles etc which I did. I also chose the skin colour to be on the safe side as you can do so manually. I also paid extra to have it personalised with name. The product they provided me is nothing like what the site promotes - it’s damaged, extremely poor quality and the so called personalised which they charge you extra for the image showed it’s carved onto the statue; however it was not, they merely put a STICKER on. The statue I chose held a mug that said “best boss ever” you can clearly see the difference in the product on the site to the one they gave me, the product They sent me the writing is a shoddy recreation clearly from handwriting it however the image on site showed it was printed on large bold and clearly. The cape the statue is wearing is coming off, the skin colour despite me manually choosing it, was completely the incorrect shade provided 3/4 shades lighter. I can provide images of what I chose on the site and also the product given. This shoddy recreation is atrocious, they do not deserve to sell items for such high price claiming to provide you something they quite evidently are aware that they won’t be able to deliver. Furthermore they also sent the item Incredibly late despite providing a different time frame upon delivery, over 2 weeks late. Obviously I understand now as it’s from China despite claiming it’s from UK. Furthermore their website does not allow you to post any reviews - from time any site doesn’t allow you to do that, I should have already known it would be a shoddy job!

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA. I order a bobble for my girlfriend on February 1st. We received it on March 3rd. The bobble looked nothing like her. The bobblehead was sent broken the arms were packaged separate from the body. I contacted them. Their excuse was the item may break due to long shipping distance overseas. Which doesn't make sense if the arms were packaged separately! I was told to crazy it glue back together and i will get a 10% refund.. which i never received.

Didn’t look anything like us and when I messaged to ask about progress it was in quality control which must have meant just sitting there because no one obviously took the time to make sure

I loved this bobble head! I gave it as a gift for Valentines Day to my husband and it looked exactly like him! Thank you for such terrific work! Perfect unique gift!

Just received my 2 bobbleheads for my wife and myself. I have to say that this is a complete ripp-off! There is no resemblance whatsoever. It looks like two generic heads with the closest features have been picked of a shelf and plugged on a body. „Hand-Made“ - yeah right… What a waste of more than 160 €!

Worst waste of money ever, looks nothing like the picture, cheap.
