Overall, my experience wasn't terrible. I wrote back and forth with Umer and they helped a great deal with shipping issue I was having. The bobblehead I ordered looks enough like my husband, however, it arrived broken. I received a $10 refund for that. I glued the hand back on and will still give it to him as a gift, but caution him not to play with it. I'll probably not order a bobblehead from anyone again as getting a loved ones likeness isn't the easiest thing, but I'm not unhappy with my purchase.

The first order was a tricky one. My daughter standing with a huge bug (statue) at college. these guys were the only company even willing to try to make it. The bobble head bobbled and the bug came out GREAT. They went above and beyond to be sure the whole thing came out well. I have just ordered a second one, and so far, so good. Highly recommend!

First I want to say is thank you to Kurt and your team of artist you made me happy and my wife smile. I was trying to figure out a gift for a marriage of 27 years and thought whimsical; you guys took her picture and created smiles. Great job the likeness was perfect 👌 I will do this again. I saw the 1 star reviews and said not my experience when I was given the draft picture I made my corrections and you guys delivered. Thank you😊👍👍

BUYER BEWARE. Poor quality and damaged. I bought three and two were falling apart and damaged. There is no phone number for customer service. They also don’t give “unlimited revisions”. They sent proofs and proceeded without approval before the 24hours given to reply.

Terrible company - stay away! Seemed like a great idea getting a bobble head - but this company has made it a nightmare. They’re very cheap quality, and the bobble head ordered for me was actually damaged. Secondly, it looked absolutely nothing like me. We reported this to them and they don’t want to know about it, they’re not cheap and the company just don’t want to help you as soon as you pay for them. Save your money and look for a local supplier, definitely not this site. STAY AWAY!

First off, thank you for this website. I’ve been burnt enough times to now know that I should check the reviews first. Thank you for providing this space. Mycustombobblehead.com is a rip off!!! I ordered a bobblehead that didn’t bobble once it got here after two months. It was for my husbands birthday. When he opened the box, he asked who is this? Unfortunately, I hadn’t checked before he opened it. It was a surprise to us all. I was completely embarrassed. I contacted the company in writing to express my disdain for such a cheap quality made product and got no response. I opened a claim with PAYPAL and to no avail would they refund my money. PAYPAL never asked for pictures or anything. So here I’m out $100.00 for a “so called” bobblehead that broke as soon as I further gave it a look over once my husband took it from the box. I had no idea that it was a Chinese company. At the time I checked, I could not find any bad reviews. I never write reviews but I’m tired of these Chinese companies ripping off American buyers. They are even posing as other countries and it’s not fair. I think I’ll stop buying overseas for good. Gonna stick with the major box brand stores from now on. This company offered me $9.98 back for a $99.98 cheaply made product. What a disappointment!!!
