I have been waiting for over 30+ days for a bobble head I ordered. The only response I have received from them is that the delay is due to shipping from CHINA!!!! Do not use this company. They are horrible.

I have ordered an item for my brothers birthday and the item is not even matching 1% of him. I have contacted them with all the photos and the asked them if they can refund or send a new one which atleast matches 10% of him and the reply from them is as below, "We totally understand how frustrated you met, the bobblehead couldn't be 100% identical with the real person as it is personalized and handcraft, be more exact, we do not refund or resend unless the product cracked, but it's our responsibility to make customers happier, in order to assist you better, we would like to refund 10% based on the item's price for the compensation. Do you agree with it? If yes, then we will process a refund back to your original account. Looking forward to hearing from you soon." The total amount i spent on it is £125 and the way they sent the email is they expecting me to take 10%or you wont get anything. what a customer service welldone.

Awful service. One big scam this company is. Certainly wouldn't use. They took £129 from me. Refused to let me amend my order before it was even made. Take ages to reply, no fast efficient way of contact. I asked to cancel the order. I wasn't allowed to cancel without paying a 40% charge. Which i didnt have a choice to pay. Then promised a refund- the 40 % charge by 2 different staff. A month latter still no refund. Now I'm being Refused any refund at all. One big scam. A waste of money. Won't get your money back. Don't use.

I paid for a custom bobblehead. The end product was a generic representation and was not customized at all. VIP shipping was late. I contacted the manufacturer and they said not their problem. The customization is a scam and you should NEVER use them for anything other than an overpriced bobblehead.

I paid for VIP shipping and I actually thought it was a joke when it arrived a month late and looked literally nothing like what I ordered. It looked similar to someone else I knew so I gave it to them. Absolutely terrible company.

It’s absolutely perfect. Yes, it was a bit later than expected and the gift box wasn’t the best quality, but the bobble head itself was absolutely amazing. It looked just like the picture I sent. They went above and beyond with the custom design. I would order again.
