My experience with Brightwheel in my center has been incredible. It’s an incredibly easy and convenient way to keep parents up to date on their child’s activities throughout the day. It’s also an easy way to contact parents if we need anything. Everyone in my center loves how easy it is to use. We’ve had nothing but positive feedback from our parents as well.

I LOVE this app! And so do my parents! I run an in-home daycare and do literally EVERYTHING with this app. No more of this silly papers with the baby logs anymore! My parents even pay through the app! 1000% love this app and will never use anything else as long as I run a daycare!

Best App for On the Go Parents! Brightwheel does an amazing job in fostering a home school learning connection between teachers and families. It is the best resource to keep our parents informed of day to day activities and learning throughout the school day. It is an easy to use feature for teachers and staff and allows for amazing photos, videos and milestones to be shared! A perfect way for parents to be connected even when they are working. Where they lack is their troubleshooting features. It is rare that you reach support via phone and problems persist for about 3 business days before you hear back from some via email. This is definitely an area of growth for the growing company!

It needs some work regarding the immunization entering. Customer service is great and helpful. Sometimes I have had trouble linking siblings and that has been bothersome. While I'm not currently using the billing system, I am used to the old platform and am having trouble learning the new platform. I would like the ability to send a one time invoice without having to create a recurring payment, is that possible? It would be great if there was a place to track all enrollment documents that we may collect, where we could each tailor it to our own needs.

This app is wonderful and a gift for my small daycare. It truly gives parents a large insight on how and what their child is doing while at school. My only suggestion is to figure out how to allow parents to send pictures through this app, other than that I love this app and refer it to all upcoming daycare and preschool owners.
