Great communication device. love using it Mon-fri with our kids in our child care center

It could use some improvements, cancelling our paid subscription as there are a lot of things missing from it that I would like to see but will continue using the free version!

I love the product but there are some features I wish it had

Brightwheel has many great features that are “parent facing” such as real time communication, activity updates and photos. However, on the office/billing side, their platform is underwhelming. There are minimal reports available, especially in deposits/invoices. When searching for a child or parent, you start typing in the name, then click on the child you want in the drop down, then click “apply” then click on the specific child again- its tedious and redundant. I’m looking forward to the promised new billing platform hopefully it’ll work out some kinks.

I love being able to communicate with parents through brightwheel by sending pictures and videos.

As an educator, I love the accessibility brightwheel provides for both us and the parents! It’s a great tool to use in the classroom, and to allow parents an in depth look of what their children are doing throughout the day!

Brightwheel is great. Helps to keep very organized and helps to keep up with the students and their information as well. Brightwheel makes attendance easier.

Brightwheel is a great app for all daycare environments. I have a home daycare and my parents love it. Its user friendly and I would highly recommend it.
