All of our balms come with two applicators, so even if one arrives damaged, a second is always included. This is also outlined in our policies for full transparency. In your case, we did everything we could within those guidelines and even provided a discount code as a gesture of goodwill. We always aim to be fair and supportive, and we’re sorry to hear that this still didn’t meet your expectations.
