Thank you for your feedback- it gives us the opportunity to review what happened. Transparency is very important to us, which is why the VIP Club option is clearly shown at checkout. Customers can actively choose between a one-time purchase or the VIP membership by selecting their preferred option before completing the order. All details, including pricing and benefits, are displayed directly below the product price and again at checkout before payment is made. The $0.95 fee activates an instant 10% discount on your order and unlocks access to exclusive offers and early product launches. If you choose to keep the membership after the first month, it renews at $10 per month which is fully converted into store credit. Since the discount is applied right away, the $0.95 fee isn’t refundable. Your $10 store credit becomes available starting in month two, as outlined in the membership terms. We’re sorry to hear that this didn’t meet your expectations.
