While callers are initially greeted by an automated phone menu to help route them to the appropriate department, all customer support and claims assistance are handled by live representatives. Coverage eligibility and claim determinations are based on the information available during the review process and the terms of the agreement. When questions arise regarding a vehicle's eligibility or title history, they must be resolved in accordance with the policy provisions before coverage can be applied. Regarding your refund concerns, your agreement was a month-to-month coverage plan. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms of that agreement and is not the same as a prepaid service contract. My Auto Guard does not prevent customers from canceling their coverage.
