Based on that review, the claim was determined to involve a condition that did not qualify for coverage under the policy terms because you had more miles last year than you do this year at inception date and filed a claim after the wait period illustrates a pre existing condition. Claim decisions are made using repair documentation, vehicle history, and other supporting records and are applied consistently to all customers. We understand this outcome may be frustrating, but we respectfully disagree with the implication that the claim was denied without cause.
