We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We understand how frustrating it can be when your vehicle requires repairs. However, coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, including the required waiting period before eligible claims may be considered. These provisions are explained during the enrollment process and are also outlined in the service agreement provided to customers. We regret if there was any confusion regarding the claims process and are always looking for ways to improve how we communicate coverage requirements. No insurance will cover a car that is broke down before you get coverage, so its not useless if you follow the terms and conditions as it works for millions of people.
