Jason was great. He helped us solve a complicated issue and was great to work with.

My Amazon Guy, and in particular Miona, does a fantastic job of communicating clearly what our goals and strategies are. Miona responds quickly, and makes sure any issues are addressed. It is obvious how much she truly cares about her clients, and works hard to help achieve the agreed upon goals.

My Amazon Guy is truly amazing. Their expertise in indexing, ranking, listing optimization, content and PPC did a magical turnaround for our store. Through deploying very basic tricks in maximum detail, they saved huge PPC cost from being wasted. Their focus always remains on organic rankings and indexing which helps sustainable business growth and viability.

MAG has been extremely helpful with most issues that we encounter with Amazon - - chargebacks, Andon Cords, etc. They report things in a timely manner, and address issues quickly.
